Distance education provides access to learning when the source of information (teachers) and the learners (students) are separated by time and distance, or both. It is a field of education that uses technology for delivering education to students who are not physically present “on-site” to receive their education. If you are someone who is planning to go for Distance Learning courses then this article is going to be like a complete guide for you on distance learning Engineering.

The teachers and students communicate synchronously or asynchronously through printed or electronic media. In simple words distance learning is the process of creating an educational experience equal to physical or classroom learning, outside the classroom.

Universities and colleges across the globe are using emerging technology to impart education to students who are unable to attend physical classes. In recent years distance learning is becoming more recognized for its potential in providing personalized attention and communication with students located in any part of the world.
Today distance education and online courses are being offered across all education levels, including bachelor, master and PhD levels.

Bachelors of Engineering

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is a professional undergraduate engineering degree programme. It is four years, an eight-semester course in Engineering. Engineering is one of the most popular education courses in India and there are several institutes and universities offering the course to aspiring students.

Many students dream of becoming an engineer and getting an opportunity to work with the most reputed companies in the country. Unfortunately, not every student is lucky enough to achieve their goals and see their dreams come true. Many students have to quit their studies or are unable to pursue professional degree courses like engineering due to lack of funds or unable to secure a seat in an Engineering college.
