- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support performance management processes and help facilitate employee evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Experience in employee engagement or talent acquisition is advantageous.
