Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the admissions sales function, developing strategies to increase student enrollments, and managing the overall performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive student enrollments
  • Manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives
  • Set and monitor sales targets and team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes
  • Ensure effective CRM usage and reporting
  • Prepare performance reports and admission forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5–8 years of experience in EdTech or education sales
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and team performance
