Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of academic counsellors responsible for student admissions. The role involves team management, lead monitoring, performance tracking, and ensuring the achievement of enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives or academic counsellors
  • Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Monitor team performance and conversion rates
  • Support team members in handling student queries and admissions processes
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure CRM updates and accurate lead tracking
  • Drive monthly and quarterly admission targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in education or EdTech sales
  • Prior experience in team handling preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
