Offline Admission Procedure

• Go to download section of www.ciisindia.in – Download the ‘CIIS Application Form’ and Respective University Admission form.
• As per the instructions given on forms candidate has to fill up the form.
• Then candidate has to submit the forms along with the required documents.
• The student can submit the application form in person or by registered post in the office of the CIIS
• If by any reason student is not able to visit office and submit the forms and documents, then he/she can mail scan copies of his/her self attested documents at ciisdocuments@gmail.com&ciismumbai@gmail.com
• To skip above offline admission procedure student can opt for Online Admission Procedure ‘Apply Online’

• SSC / X / 10th / Matric Marksheet& Passing Certificate
• HSC / XII / 10+2 / Intermediate Marksheet& Passing Certificate
• Graduation Marksheets
• Graduation Degree / Provisional Certificate
• Any Leaving / Transfer / Migration Certificate (For Academic DOB Proof)
• 5 Passport Size Color Photograph
• Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter ID

FOR UG PROGRAMME

• SSC / X / 10th / Matric Marksheet
• HSC / XII / 10+2 / Intermediate Marksheet& Passing Certificate
• Any Leaving / Transfer / Migration Certificate (For Academic DOB Proof)
• 5 Passport Size Color Photograph
• Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter ID

IMPORTANT NOTE

• The application form is not transferable.
• The application will be rejected if information furnished in the application is found false as per provided documents
• All admissions are provisional and subject to verification of the required documents & eligibility conditions.
• Students passed only from the recognized Boards / Universities or equivalent to National Open State & Open Schools should apply for admission.
• Student has to clear all his/her dues before 2 months of examination.
